Susan's Chair

Thank you so much to all our attendees at our fabric cleaning class held on June 25th!
 Oh, you didn't attend our class? Well, you really missed out! What we learned during that class is the concept of combining unique cleaning methods to achieve results that were not thought possible. Featuring our new product PROCESS BLUE we saw what that product could accomplish, and exactly how versatile it can be when correcting problems. Having specific goals with appearance, drying times, ease of application were all demonstrated. For one of our cleaning challenges - a soiled printed cotton sofa arm - the average anticipated cleaning time was 15-20 minutes. However, we saw that those results were very easily attained with little effort in just 58 seconds. If you missed this class, do not miss the next one!

So, let's take another look at Susan's chair...
We worked on a very difficult unprocessed white cotton chair. This chair had multiple problems: overall soiling, water staining, mystery stains, and the remnants of adhesive residues. Essentially, it was predominantly Susan's own doing. After all, it was her adopted chair.
For these types of problems, we saw that multiple steps were required to get this to an acceptable level. The cleaning solutions needed to be altered to address the problems in different stages. Long story short, I completed a final step the day after the class to see if things could be improved one step further. Although not perfect, the end result was a transformation from what it had been.
