This is a really effective enzymatic deodorant, but requires a little start-up time when you first use it. You can use it for both truckmount tanks and portables too.
Assuming you are emptying your truckmount's recovery tank at the end of your work day, do the following:
Add in a minimum of 5oz. to your empty recovery tank at the beginning of a work day. Work normally, empty normally. Add a bit in after emptying if you want to dwell in the tank overnight.
If you are not emptying the tank for whatever reason at the end of your day, the product will continue to work overnight because of extended dwell time.
Because there is always residual dirty water left in the tank, the little product left in there will work for you overnight. Regular use in this fashion will yield a better smelling tank over just a couple days.
5oz. is enough to do the job, but you may use more depending on how much of the fresh scent you want.
